Cities for Financial Empowerment (CFE)

CFE is a coalition of municipal government leaders working together to pursue financial empowerment strategies and programming in their own cities/counties. The County of Hawai`i is the first County to be invited to participate, and has committed to creatively leverage local opportunities, resources and powers to improve the financial health of our Hawai`i Island residents.
